Eden and her team are the absolute best. We chose Eden to sell our primary residence a couple years ago and had an excellent experience so when we got ready to sell one of our rental units, she was our first choice. Eden and Sally met us at the property to review and decide on any work that needed to be done before listing. She had vendors available to do the items required and had the unit ready to list in just a few days. We were prepared for it to take a while for the unit to sell since it was a condo but they got a good offer for us in just a couple weeks. The process was very smooth and efficient from start to finish and we would highly recommend Eden's team to anyone.
