This is the fourth transaction with Eden in the last five years. She brokered our condo in Club Continental in 2019, which was a difficult deal. Eden was able to get both my sons into Eagle Harbor at the peak of the frenzy in 21-22. Not an easy task. Last month, when we decided to move closer to the boys she made that happen. Eden and her team are deal makers. They know how to keep a deal moving forward and close. She is not afraid to pick up an expense here of there to keep both parties happy. She knows Clay County like the back of her hand. She has all the contacts on the lending side. She has contacts with all the trade people, roofers, plunbers,etc. On this deal we had a plumbing problem AFTER closing and she jumped right in to take care of it. You are not going to find many realtors that will do that. As I remember, a few years ago Eden was the top seller in Clay County. There is a reason for that. If you want an honest, professional, and extremely capable agent look no further. I hope that my wife and I are in our forever home but if not we will call Eden again.
