Eden’s work ethic was excellent in every aspect of the sale , and it was as if I had a friend getting me the best deal possible .I never spoke with Eden before looking for property as I’m from Florida , after working with her you can tell she is the type of person that has never meet a stranger . My purchase experience was 10/10 . I was looking to purchase a property in North Carolina I called on a property and Eden called me back with detailed info . From that first phone call she has been on the ball and very fast and precise on everything I needed from info on the listing to showing the house .I was not an expert by any means on purchasing property in nc and she helped us through letting us know all of our options. We had been looking for another home for 9 months, trying to get in somewhere before our baby came. Eden provided service, communications and information when the other local agent we dealt with would not. She was constantly on top of everything and communicated updates effectively and in a timely manner. She would sacrifice her personal time even sometimes well after hours to communicate updates as she received them. Honestly speaking, if not for Eden, I would NOT have purchased this home with the agent who originally had the property.
