When we purchased the home in 2022, the market was very tricky and it was difficult to find the right home at the right price. She guided us through the whole process and helped us find the perfect home, which we were able yo get at list price. A few years later, she helped us sell the home and it went much quicker than any home around us in a market that had completely flipped, and for the price we were asking for. Eddye used the best photographers, home inspectors, and services I’ve ever come across. She had a vast knowledge of the CSRA housing market and is just so good all around.
