We recently sold our house with Eddy in May 2019 and had a great experience. He helped us get everything ready to schedule showings and we had an offer for full asking price within 72 hrs. Up to this point he had been extremely responsive and helped negotiate a great contract that met some of our unique needs, but I think we were even more impressed with how well he took care of us even after we had accepted an offer. He quickly arranged all of our inspections and even helped coordinate multiple minor repairs. We never had any difficulty getting in touch with him when we needed him and he was always very timely and professional making sure our needs were met. We really can't say enough about what a great experience it was to work with Eddy.

After a few misleading untrustworthy realtors,I finally found a realtor who has integrity and honestly care and represent his clients 100%, he is a man of his word who was able to negotiate and sell my home in less than 90 days.We need more agents in Dayton Ohio like him, I will truly recommend this realtor.

Eddy was very professional and was always available to discuss our home requirements. He consistently provided us with multiple units to look at that were within both price and location guidelines we gave him. We would definitely use him again and will highly recommend him to friends and family in need of an agent.
