Eddy has worked and lived in the Miami/Miami Beach area for many years and knows the market well. This is the third time I have used Eddy as a real estate agent and I can't imagine buying or selling a property without him. Eddy goes above and beyond what I have seen any agent do in the past. He oversaw the attic repairs in my last condo when I was out of town--working with the condo association and electrician. Eddy is a problem solver and a dependable agent. Eddy Goicolea's is the true definition of an expert. When I first me him, he help me find my dream home in one of Miami's prestigious neighborhoods for a 1/3 of it's value. It has since appreciated 5 times that amount. He did the same for me in Wynwood acquiring an assemblage of land whose appreciation launch my development career in the United States. Since then he has been hands on in acquisition, design, development, and sales of all of my commercial developments. I only trust Eddy to handles the needs of all my friends and family. I was referred to Eddy from an old friend, and I can truly say that my husband and I got SO LUCKY to work with such a wonderful, thoughtful and respectful person. Eddy was punctual from the very start with initial phone calls, setting appointments, answering questions (and I had a lot of them) and follow-thru until the very end. My husband (also a realtor) and I live in Dallas, and don't know the Hollywood area very well, except that we wanted two things for sure... restaurants and bars within walking distance to the condo and a balcony with a beach view. These things are not the easiest to find together, but Eddy did extensive research and leg work to set up appointments to fit our schedule on our short visits into town. Eddy has the perfect demeanor to deal with any set-back, and took such great care of us from the start of our search in the Hollywood area until the final sale of our fabulous condo at Summit Towers. There were so many hurdles and set-backs throughout the process (Summit was our 2nd contract after the 1st one fell out) and I would have never known what he had to do with behind the scenes if everyone else involved in the transaction wouldn't have been so complimentary and appreciative of his dedication to get this sale done for us. I am in awe of his constant patience, his knowledge of FL laws and "red flags" to look for, his design eye and his overall wonderful personality. Eddy was extremely informative, aware of the market, translated my needs and gave me invaluable feed back. He was honest and showed genuine interest in my concerns. He always went the extra mile.
