Another five star review: a super experience. I'm a first-time home buyer, so I'd especially recommend Eddie; he doesn't skip corners on the details, is honest and makes sure everything is clear, explains things when they're not, has a great support team (thanks Jaime), and lots of local contacts. Very little went wrong when finding and closing on a house. I found an initial house I liked, but it was pretty beat up. Eddie stuck with me through a couple more houses, being very forthright about the strengths and weaknesses of each. If he wasn't immediately available on the phone to answer questions, his support team got me the info I needed right away. My big scare was that at one point, because I'm a first-time buyer, I got into a dither about securing home owner's insurance, but Eddie's team calmed me down, gave me workable local alternatives immediately, and got the insurance problem solved practically the same day. Also, for all kinds of "extras" on houses (like solar panels, contractor estimates for repairs, bankers to work with, local insurance people, &c), Eddie has all kinds of local contacts. I don't plan on buying another home any time soon, but I'd definitely call up Eddie again if I did. He has a great "vibe". I'd also recommend him to anyone. In particular, realtors are expected to be professional to people of all races, creeds, sexual orientations, and so forth. My partner and I are not heterosexual, and Eddie was totally professional and cool about that. So, if you're in that particular market and concerned about being treated honestly and professionally, you can rest assured Eddie and his team are good for it.
