Eddie Montano

We had the best experience working with Eddie. This was our first house and we didn't know what to expect. It turned out to be the best and easiest experience thanks to Eddie. He's incredibly knowledgeable and helpful and I would highly recommend him for anybody looking to buy a house.

Eddie was incredibly knowledgeable about everything and he was helpful in informing us about the little things and giving us the ability to make decisions on our own. I don't think the home finding process would have been as easy if we had not contacted Eddie. He also has the added benefit of being a really cool, easy guy to talk to. I will be recommending him to anyone looking for a home.

What I had once perceived as a painstakingly long and difficult process Eddie was able to single handedly ease me in to my life long home. When we first began the hunt for my home I had access to his guidance and the ability to view any home I had an interest in every hour of the day. If I had wandered across a listing online he would have me inside that home within the hour. If I had questions regarding market value or the state of any homes he would answer immediately. Quite honestly I don’t think there’s another contact in my phone who would reply to me more promptly than Eddie. What I truly admire about Eddie’s professionalism is his lack of pressure and his ability to conduct business in a truthful, unclouded, and informative manner. I honestly could not see myself becoming a confident home owner without Eddie Montaño’s guidance.

Eddie Montano is the best in the business. Me as a first time home buyer he made my experience wonderful. He got me the house of my dreams. He is very knowledgeable, responsive and great person to work with. I would it do it all over again. I don't know how would I have found my dream home with out him. Thanks to eddie montano.
