From the minute I called Eddie to ask about his services, I knew I had made the right call! He was so helpful, knowledgeable, and had a much more affordable price than other realtors. He was way more helpful than I expect since it was a FSBO, he helped us with signs, lockbox, showing, negotiating and closing! I think everyone trying to sell their house FSBO should consider having Eddie Davis' help! We paid to have our house in the MLS system, but got so much more help than we ever knew we would!
