We have used Eddie Davis in selling over 8 homes in the past year alone and our service and communication with him on every sale has been prompt and professional. As soon as an offer was received or forthcoming, we were notified, and as soon as he received any specifics or details regarding the offer, they were communicated immediately and often by a telephone call. Any forms that needed signed as the transaction moved forward were sent promptly and he would communicate what was forthcoming in email and would also send a text message to alert us to check email. He kept us informed of all information regarding the transaction at all times. He readily answered any questions we had, even though his services are a flat rate to put the properties on the MLS. He provided us references when we asked for them and provided as much service as possible despite his nominal charge compared to a normal agent.
