I was new to Toledo, moving here for work and looking for a house. I'll be honest, I picked Eddie because I used Zillow and I saw his name come up in regard to a house I was interested him--I didn't know him nor was I recommended him but I was encouraged by the positive reviews here. Eddie did not disappoint from our very first email.<br/><br/>Despite initially living in a different country, Eddie worked with me to get some details up and running, find a selection of houses that met my criteria, and hit the ground running with me the very first day I arrived in Toledo. It was a busy process but Eddie was incredibly kind, professional, and helpful in showing us around Toledo, helping us see the houses we were interested in, and all on what I have to admit was a fairly hectic time for us.<br/><br/>Eddie was very knowledgeable when viewing houses as well, thanks to his previous experience in construction and building, spotting things in houses for us that we would never even know about. When it came time for negotiating, he again used his background to advise us on what things we should ask for and also prioritizing what sort of improvements might need to be made on the house we wanted, if any.<br/><br/>He worked incredibly hard for us and I was left consistently impressed with the job he has done for us. He has also been great for giving us advice on the area. Now that I've moved into my house, I feel like can continue to be a resource for me as I get acquainted with my new city and my new home.<br/><br/>Thanks Eddie, we can't say enough how much we appreciate your help and we love our new home!
