About Eddie

After graduating from the University of Florida with a degree in Real Estate, Eddie began his career in the real estate field. Four year later he changed his occupation to become a residential real estate appraiser. In 1991 Eddie opened Edward Bell Appraisers where he has remained in the appraisal business still today. In 2013 he re-entered the real estate sales market while continuing to practice real estate appraising. Eddie offers a vast knowledge of the real estate market due to his work in both real estate sales and real estate appraising.
