I was dealing with an out of town buyer, I finally had the chance to meet the buyer and they were very nice until it came down to what I was going to leave them. In my absence he took a video of everything on every shelf including the garage and requested I leave things like hedge trimmers, chain saws, pressure cleaner, all electronics and TV's, all bed linens, pillows, throw rugs etc. He sent list after list of requests. Finally, I said forget it as he was driving me crazy and his greedy nature pissed me off. Eddie's negotiation skills and calm demeanor kept me from loosing my cool and Eddie handled everything down to the slightest detail. The deal went through and I am thankful to have Eddie on my side handling this eccentric, obsessive compulsive buyer. Eddie and the Sailfish Team made my life easy. We moved from a location far away and picked Eddie somewhat at random. The first few houses he showed us were not at all what we wanted. The great thing about Eddie was how well he listened and how the houses he showed us were closer to what we liked until he showed us a house we loved immediately. It is different from most houses in the area and would not be for everyone -- but it was for us and we found it through Eddie. In addition, he was always easy to reach and responsive throughout the process.

Eddie is very professional but at the same time works from his heart. We were in a very disasterous situation while our condo was in the process of having an offer come in and putting the sale together and Eddie went above and beyond his 'call of duty' to help us out. We were blessed to have been with Eddie as our lister and broker.
