We just bought a condo in Fort Lauderdale while we were still living in Palm Springs. On a couple of occasions Ed went to properties and contacted us through Facetime and conducted a walk-through, and also made great videos to send us of properties when we were unable to be there. There were a couple of hiccups regarding the contract which Ed was very prompt and strategic in sorting out with the vendor's agent. Ed Vincent comes highly recommended and I wouldn't work with anyone else purchasing a property in Fort Lauderdale, or anywhere else.

In this insane market, being buyers from overseas was not an easy task. We would constantly find places of interest, and they would either be sold within days (sometimes hours!) OR wouldn't meet the criteria for our loan. It was months and months of frustration. But! There was a light at the end of the tunnel, and it ended up being a condo in Pompano Beach ;-0).
