Ed has helped me buy and sell a few homes and an investment property. My last house in Parkland he helped me price right and it sold quickly even as the market slowed. My latest purchase was more of a challenge, not for Ed, for me. A life style change in a new area, a project home complete renovation. I knew Ed was good with the Coral Springs, Parkland area but I wanted water front and dock with ocean access. Ed took me to every property within my budget and vision from Delray to Ft Lauderdale for weeks. I never felt any pressure to make a decision. I quickly got used to him saying “I know this area, I know this building, I know a great restaurant where we can go for lunch”. He was always available to answer my questions, (text or call). Honest and forthcoming with his advice. His knowledge of high rise and condo living also helped in my decision. We found a great house in Pompano on a wide, deep canal with ocean access. However you acknowledge someone’s performance there aren’t enough stars, thumbs, hearts or likes I can give Ed.
