Arden Hagman was our buyer's agent for the property we were trying to purchase for our daughter while she is in graduate school. Arden met with her to show her and her boyfriend numerous properties. He was great in communicating with her and us about the properties that were shown and others that were available. If he couldn't take our call, he got back to us immediately when he was able to talk, night and day. He knew what areas to look at for her and what areas may not have suited her perfectly. Ultimately he found the perfect property. Can't stress enough how accessible he is. When it came time to put in an offer he was great with advice to give a competitive offer without overpaying. He then was able to get the deal done when the sellers seemed to be dragging their feet. He also was able to get some concessions when things were found to be minor faults. Would use him again in a heartbeat.

ED and his team were great. He was extremely professional and answered all my questions and will be the only real estate agent I use going forward.
