Ed Motto

I was so happy to have Ed Motto as my real estate agent. Dealing with Ed from afar (Florida) through this transaction wasn't as stressful as I thought it was going to be. If I had a question, Ed had an answer immediately or shortly after. He went to bat for me with the other real estate agent that I wasn't very happy with for a number of reasons. Ed is a great spokes person so I didn't have to voice my opinion to that agent. I might not have been as nice as Ed was. Ed knows this building and its worth. I found Ed through people I know from the building and couldn't be happier with my choice of going with him.

Ed helped me sell my aunt's condo. The property had it's problems; it was a studio, on a low floor and facing an alley. Regardless, Ed put his all into selling it. He is an expert on Hemingway House. He found someone to clean the unit and was there to supervise. Meanwhile, knowing the unit was empty, Ed was in the apartment on a regular basis to make sure pipes didn't freeze, run the water, flush the toilets, etc. After the unit sold (for more than I expected) he helped find people who would take some of my aunt's furniture. Communication was excellent. Absolutely no complaints.
