Simply Wonderful

Ed was absolutely wonderful. First, Ed showed us our house and was very great in helping us figure out little details that would make our house look beautiful. Next, he volunteered his time for us to visit the house multiple times to show our family and friends and get some quotes on work that we would like to get done. Since Ed so graciously allowed us to view the house multiple times, we were able to get a quote from a flooring company to begin their work right after closing. This allowed us to move in much earlier had he not been willing to do this. Third, Ed was very informative. With being a younger couple, he guided us through the entire process and explained everything in thorough detail. He made sure that we felt informed and comfortable throughout the entire process. Lastly, it’s been over a week since closing, and he has still been helpful. He reached out to congratulate us again after closing, and has been so helpful with a few minor things that have came up. This confirms how wonderful Ed is as he is still helping us very quick and kindly even after we have closed on the house. All this to say, we will definitely be recommending Ed to our friends as well as using him in the future should we ever need to. I’d recommend him 10/10 times. This was the best experience that we had!
