Buying a house is a stressful task. Requires patience, emotional intelligence and good understanding your resources, options and expectations. Like a friend Ed had joined us in this adventure. The first time buying our entry level condo and the second time buying our final bedroom in the main/lower floor. That we will own for decades. Ed gave us space and was patient with us until we made our decision. A good decision that actually surpassed my expectation. His advise, steering ou out of trouble was fundamental. Thank you!
