Ed helped us buy a new house in Irvine, CA. We moved from North California and therefore the whole SoCal area was new to us. I would guess many real estate agents would be frustrated with people who do not know where exactly they want to live. Our search area included multiple cities around Irvine, and both new and resale homes. Ed was very patient with us during our many days of looking around and seeing properties. He worked his schedule around ours and always made sure to accommodate the days that we came in from NorCal to look for houses. He is quite knowledgeable and experienced. He knew what would work for us but never pushed us towards any property. He gave us time and a chance to make up our minds. We felt we were spending a good time with a friend whom we could trust with advice and knew that he would listen.
