Ed helped my wife and I purchase our first home here in Southern OC. Ed came very highly recommended to us, so we decided to pursue his service; and we were extremely glad that we did. He was extremely professional with us at all times, and patient! My wife and I did not have a complete idea of what it was that we wanted or could afford (as we had never done this before), and we had to go back and forth with Ed on select homes that we viewed several times. But, again, his patience and professionalism really won us over. Whenever we went to go view properties with him, he would not assert his opinion unless we asked for it, which we very much respected as we understood that he did not want to color our first impressions on what we were considering. There were instances where we were really needing his advice, but, again, he exercised much caution so as not to exhibit his own subjectivity or personal preference.One thing that absolutely shocked us was how available he made himself to us to view properties and how often we would find him working late in the evening for an offer we wanted to make or for document preparation for the home we ended up actually purchasing. There were times when we came into miscommunications with our lender and he was always there to step in almost immediately and help us settle things.We finally settled on a home that he got for us after months and months of patient searching. We have been here for 2 months now and absolutely love it.We highly, highly recommend Ed Mecheal and his industry expertise.
