Ed listened well and found us the home with the perfect features. It was a pleasure working with Ed. We also used Ed to buy a secondary home for rental. Ed followed up with all issues even when the seller did not act appropriately. Ed made it right.

We were living out of state and needed to do some work on the house in order to get it sold. Ed jumped right in, got the necessary estimates and oversaw all the repairs. We did not have to worry about all the little details as he had it all covered. Ed diligently showed our property, holding open houses as often as possible. With a lot of homes for sale on our street, he helped price the house aggressively and was able to secure a buyer in a timely manner. The closing was quick and smooth considering both the buyer and seller were out of state. We are grateful for all the hard work Ed and his staff have done on our behalf.
