Ed helped my wife and I buy our first house. He would send listing that matched our criteria as soon as they became available. He knew what would get approved for FHA and which houses wouldn't. He also knew what it would take to get the house we really wanted and he was on top of every piece of paperwork that needed to be signed to make sure the process went as smooth as possible. I haven't had a lot of experience with realtors but I can only hope that all are as helpful and genuine as Ed Lenzer.
