Working with Ed made this long-distance purchase so smooth and easy! We live in WA and bought a house in FL for our retirement, and with the time difference and physical distance, we thought this venture was going to be daunting, but Ed Kisselback made the whole process seem easy. He kept us in the loop and worked hard with the seller’s realtor to get both parties a fair and equitable deal. We ended up with a closing 5 days after our offer was accepted, and he went above and beyond to help us get everything completed, signed, and finalized in that short timeframe. What do you do when a realtor ask if he can walk across your property to take photos of an adjoining property he plans to list for a client. Especially when you want to purchase the property yourself. Answer, become his client too. I had a lot of questions and concerns about the process. He was incredibly patient and understanding. Ed walked us through every step of the process, including a weather induced hiccup with hurricane Ian. 4 days before closing. He answered phone calls and returned texts no matter what time he received them.
