Ed Kirn is an outstanding agent. He always worked with our best interests in mind. We were kept well informed, in a timely manner. It would be natural to recommend Ed Kirn to family and friends! We could nt be happier with the professionalism in services provided.
Ed is 100% real -- no pretense. He's like having your own real estate consultant. This was my second purchase with Mr. Kirn. We made a very successsful investment (also in Bradenton) in 2013. Even though I am an experienced investor, I was new to this area, and Ed provided me with information about the area which helped my decision making.
Ed hasn't had any property sale activity in the last 12 months
