I had a rental property in Dublin for the last 15 years, when the market finally said "SALE IT," Ed was the guy for the job. I work around the real estate industry in another state, so I knew what I was looking for. I even interviewed two other potential agents that had been calling me yearly, but Ed was the man for the job. He communicated all the through the tenant moving out till the day the buyer got her keys. He helped me with coordinating vendors to get the property ready, and that wasn't much fun. But he did and we had a solid and easy close. He never barked or treated me differently even though it was a small condo deal for him. I got the same level of service. I will recommend him as I hear from friends that need help in the Bay area.
