Ed knows the greater Steamboat Springs area very well. He has insight into the home/land values, neighborhoods, etc. but more importantly is connected in the community and has knowledge of the activities, food and lifestyle opportunities that make the area so appealing. Not just a ski town.... Ed was willing to do some additional research and go above and beyond on providing some obscure info related to various land parcels we were considering. We live out of town, but Ed was on phone and email throughout the process to get us where we wanted to be. In fact, we didn't get a chance to meet until AFTER the sale was complete. But Ed made sure to connect with us in person and he's been staying in touch since. Can't recommend "Mountain Eddie" enough. Thanks Ed.
