Ed and Katy made the whole process of selling and shopping so easy for us. They answered all our questions, provided all the necessary information and paperwork, and their response time was amazing. They know how it all works! We strongly recommend them!
Katy and Ed James were the best of over 15 real estate agents I have worked with in the past 35 years. They are knowledgeable, experienced, and very diligent. I highly recommend them and will use them again.
Ed and Katy James have been in the industry a long time. With that said, they have stayed up to date on the changes in the market as well. They know what is required to get the job done in an ever-changing market. My husband and I have worked with them on numerous transactions since 2010 with the latest purchase and sale simultaneously in 2017. I would recommend them in a heart-beat!
Ed hasn't had any property sale activity in the last 12 months
