I wanted someone who would conduct his or her business with honesty and integrity. I found all that in Ed Degner. His suggested listing price was right on target, and I'm so glad I took his advice. I received multiple offers immediately. My home sold in a few days, for much more than I initially thought it would. Ed worked on all paperwork with me and was always available when I contacted him. I would highly recommend him to anyone considering selling their home.
