Ed Curry was very knowledgabl and professional. He help me accept the current market was bad for resale and to list my condo that would draw more people to look at it. It didn't sale for what i thought it should but it sold.

Ed Curry worked closely with us, explained what work needed to be done for Florida inspections, and also explained the renovations that would add value to the house. He helped us hire a company to do the roof - gave us a few companies with estimates, helped us hire them, and kept an eye on them while they did the work. He then conducted a house inspection, because it had to pass inspection to sell the house, and it was better to find issues early. Then when we were emptying out the house, he came over every day to make recommendations on what was needed and what work was worth doing. We were able to do some of the small things ourselves, and saved money. He gave us the recommendations that gave us the biggest "bang for the buck". These improvements brought back about $2 for every $1 spent. He helped us hire painters, floor installers, landscapers, and cleaners. He oversaw all the work. The house came out beautiful. He also was able to "digitally stage" the house, so it looked amazing online. We absolutely loved having a reliable professional like Ed, and we were able to sell the house while out-of-state without any issues.
