Ed is SuperRealtor - one who not only goes the extra mile but TWO extra miles. He provided suggestions to get our home show-ready and physcially helped us execute the plan. He was always available to answer questions or to guide us in the overall logistics of selling/buying. When we needed assistance, Ed was there as our advocate to make the process smoother. We were in the best of hands as soon as we talked to Ed. Selling my mother's home in TN while living in TX couldn't have happened without Ed. He bent over backwards helping us in updating the home, meeting contractors, getting quotes, arranging services, listing items leftover from clean-out to sell, power washing, landscaping. He provides FULL SERVICE when you sign on to have him sell your home. Ed was in constant contact via text and phone to help us through this process and it was an in-depth one. We knocked out a wall, updated the kitchen, living room, new flooring, paint (inside and out), light and fan fixtures, appliances, you name it, this home needed updating to meet current demand. When it was finished, we had several offers as soon as it was listed, which was incredible. I can't express what an honest and hardworking realtor Ed is, and we've become good friends. Ed was very up to date with the current real estate market. He presented me with details of various properties similar to mine for comparison to help me arrive at an asking price for my home. As first time home buyers my wife and I did not know much about the process and Ed was very professional and helpful as he walked us through the process. He would drive 1-2 hours depending on the traffic to come up and help us with finding our home. Overall it was a great experience!
