Ed and Makala helped us purchase a two-family home in Arlington. We relied heavily on their knowledge when making offers, and if we had an offer that missed it was only by a little bit. They really know how to feel the market. They're upfront and give you the plain truth about what might have to happen for an offer to be competitive. They're also fun to work with! We really enjoyed going to showings with them. As exciting as having a home is, we're sad we won't be spending as much time with them anymore. Highly recommended.
