There were several hurdles in accomplishing this sale, none of which were Eboni;s fault, but due to lenders problems. She kept me informed every step of the way until we got it done. She fixed that issue while reassuring us once we went under contract our home would be sold in no time. Less than a day after listing it we received full asking price! Eboni Stiff is a very professional, confident, and skilled realtor. I found me a home in Jacksonville Fla. She drove from Tampa Florida and gave me a Zoom meeting to show me the home while I was still living in Maryland. During my closing, Eboni had to attend another closing on the same day as mine in Miami. She drove 6 hours from Miami to Jacksonville that afternoon to make it to my closing. The story gets better. Normally after closing you have some realtors get their commission and they are done with you. Eboni didn’t do that to me. The seller needed a rent back for 30 Days, Eboni Stiff drove 3 hours from Tampa to do the final walk through that only took a hour to make sure my new home for my family was still in the condition in the contract . The mission wasn’t over until I received my keys to my home and she made sure of that. For some realtor it’s about a check, but for Eboni it was about making sure her clients were very happy and satisfied with there new home at the end.
