Smooth process and support

Ms. Ebony was ALWAYS available for home tours. Her responsiveness was incredible. If she didn’t pick up, she always call back no longer than 15 minutes later. Seriously. I purchased a newly constructed home so it wasn’t a straightforward deal. They told me that going in and highlighted the concerns they had and the research they wanted to do to make sure progress was being made. My husband and I didn’t have to wait long to move in to enjoy our new home. Thank you for helping to make a tedious process seems so smooth.
