Earle was very knowledgeable about the housing market and was very responsive to our needs. This was our first time buying in Northern Virginia after relocating from overseas so we relied heavily on Earle's expertise---and she was outstanding! She ensured that her staff looked closely at the house we wanted to buy and made sure that all the building permits, etc. were in place, and if they weren't, she made sure that they were annotated in the contract so they didn't become an issue later.
