Earl's advise was excellent on our purchase of Fairview Terrace unit #35. He was diligent in following up on all loose ends from keys to golf cart pink slip. I had worked with Earl in the past on another purchase of 133 Upper Terrace and that purchase went smoothly even though it was a short sale with a bank involved.
