He was an effective negotiator when it came to negotiating the price of our home plus any fixes we required before moving into the home. He was there every step of the way, and we appreciate his service and professionalism. He was willing to work with us (and our crazy schedule) over a very, very long time period of 5 months. We appreciate his dedication to finding a house for us!
