Lee is amazing. I interviewed a number of realtors and Lee was the most knowledgable, easy to communicate with, trustworthy and experienced. I live out of state and met with Lee only once at my house and together we came up with a plan of what the house required for the sale to be successful. Lee set up all the work to be done and included me in the process by email and phone. He expediated the work that was needed and showed the house right on schedule, got a great turn out and multiple offers. The sale closed within a month and for more than I expected. Lee was a joy to work with and clearly advised me along the way when decisions had to be made. He is a winner. I highly reccomend him.

I would like to start off for commending Lee on his great customer service in his industry. Lee helped me close on my home at asking price. He was knowledgeable and transparent which is difficult to find in the real estate industry. Integrity is everything and I want everyone to know that it doesn’t go unnoticed. I really appreciate the professionalism that Lee brings to the table. I highly recommend anyone to work with Lee if they want to save themselves from the headache of the other agents in the industry that lack values. Lee was such a patient and great person for us to work with on our year long search for the perfect house. He educated us a ton along the way regarding the market, the process and approach and was always responsive to us. We ended up seeing over 30 houses before finding "the one" and Lee went with us to almost all of them and would use his architect eye to point out goods/bads for each of the houses. The longer we worked with him, the more he knew us, and what we were looking for and could provide more insight and perspective. Lee is more than a real estate agent to my husband and I, but like a knowledgeable friend who guided us through the purchasing process and shared his honest opinion with us. Buying an old house can a scary experience. Lee explained the inspection findings to us and helped us prioritize projects to fix up the house. He recommended contractors that he trust so we know we are in good hands with the renovation projects. Like everyone else stated, he is very professional, knowledgeable and experienced. He recommended sewer inspection in addition to the general inspection and we uncovered some serious with the sewer line and had requested credit from the seller. What’s even more amazing is that he helped us to find special inspectors coming in last minute and we were able to complete inspection contingency in just 7 days. Can’t say enough good things about him and yes, I would highly recommend him to all my friends and family.
