Dyndi was amazing! I was a first time home buyer and had no clue where to start. She was the agent of a home we were interested in seeing but we didnt have a realtor yet. She was kind enough to meet us at the property and show us the place. We ended up looking around at other houses but finally decided on the one she showed us. I called Dyndi and asked her if she would be willing to meet us at the property again so we could see it one more time before making decision. While we were there I asked her if she would be willing to represent both sides of the sale and she was happy to help us. She worked with both sides fairly to try to get the best scenario for us and the sellers. Dyndi also got us connected with a mortgage company that was able to finance our home as quite a few companies we checked with wouldn't do to it, with it being a barndiminium. Along the way she helped answer any silly new home owner questions I had and was always very quick to get back to me. Dyndi helped make my first time home buying expierenece an awesome one! We closed on our new home July 1st. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a patient and honest realtor!
