we bought and sold our house so fast, My head was spinning. It also was happening wile we were away for a week. Dympna sent us everything we needed and was really on the ball.

I have known and worked with Dympna for several years. I have a bit of a unique situation being a licensed Real Estate agent myself and wanting to be involved in the deal. I immediately thought of Dympna as someone who would get the job done. I knew I had made the right choice with Dympna as soon as the showings started. Lots of showings and multiple offers made The sale an exciting experience even though There were complications and delays due to COVID and the Banks uncertainties. But the deal was held together and closed Largely due to the Professional efforts of Dympna. And... I would do it all over again and highly recommend Dympna.

Dympna helped us tremendously as first time sellers. We ended up getting multiple offers and she successfully helped us navigate this stressful process. We ended up accepting a solid offer and she assisted with each step along the road to a successful close!

Dympna was a true professional. She made the entire experience as flawless as possible. Her expertise in navigating all aspects of the transaction were incredible. Highly recommended.

Dympna was very personable. I was forced to sell my home due to my divorce. Also Covid hit. She was not only extremely knowledgeable but very understanding considering the situation. The whole process was very smooth. Definitely would recommend Dympna to friends & would use her again.

Dympna sold our home in 20 days for the asking price. There was a hiccup with the lender, that she was able to navigate us through to the closing- we have used her for several other family transactions and shes been amazing each time. She has an arsenal of referrals for movers, trusted handymen, attorneys and remodelers.
