Dylan Banda was there every step of the way during one of the biggest purchases/decisions of our lifetime. He was extremely patient and completely made this process stress-free. We looked at 20+ homes, dragging him across many towns. I loved that he was adamant on trying to find us the perfect home. No matter the time or day, when we sent him a home, he opened up his schedule instantly, made us feel as if we were priority number 1. Every single house we looked at he was well prepared and informative. He answered every single question we had, and if he didn't have an answer he made sure to get an answer for us as soon as possible. Not only did he find us a home, he went above and beyond to supply a trusted loan originator, lawyer, inspectors, contractors, calling people to quote different issues we found in homes. It made our lives easier. We loved that when we had an offer accepted for the house we wanted, he pretty much held our hand the entire way, explaining to us what everything meant. We now know what escrow means, thanks to him lol. We put all our trust in him and he didn't disappoint. Would always recommend this realtor to anyone that is looking for one. He did everything with an amazing attitude, made every stressful bit into a silver lining. You couldn't have asked for better person to have on your side finding you a home.
