Finding the perfect new home for an 83-year old widower and his 35-year old son with special needs takes a unique skill especially in a strange city. Add in the varied needs and interests of such a family and the search becomes a real challenge. Nevertheless, Dwight, or Dewey as he prefers, succeeded in finding the perfect spot and negotiating the best price. Dewey is not only a thoroughly professional Realtor but has become a good, dependable friend.
