Dwight went above and beyond. We looked at condos on three separate occasions. He was always patient and never pushed me into anything since I was in sales too. Being in NY he followed up. The last trip to Florida he must of showed me twelve places and I finally purchased one.

Because I was living in another state, Dwight never failed to keep me and my son updated about the market. When we would fly into the area, Dwight had organized the viewings to accomplish the most in the short time we were looking for my new home. Updated emails were sent often with new listings for us to review prior to coming to the area. It was indeed a pleasure working with Dwight.

Dwight was always friendly and extremely helpful from picking me up (I no longer drive) to taking down all the stuff from the upper cabinets in the kitchen. He took me to the new place every time I asked (and I asked a lot!) Gave me important information and helped me in all steps for the purchase of my new home.
