I settled in the Tampa Bay area after retiring from the U.S. Army as a Chief Warrant Officer and Senior Aviator. I am a real estate broker, managing member of a fix and flip firm, Young Investments LLC, and co-owner of a local title company-Veteran's Escrow and Title Services LLC. I have a Master’s Degree in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix, and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Professional Aeronautics from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. I’ve been licensed and worked in many aspects of the real estate industry for over 27 years which includes real estate sales, property management, rehab investment, and 5+ years in mortgage loan origination. I received a real estate sales license in 1993, and received a Broker’s license then opened International Realty Plus in 2001. My volunteer leadership roles included being the 2016 President of the Central Pasco Association of Realtors, and President of the Tampa Bay Area chapter of the National Association of Real Estate Brokers (NAREB) in 2015. I have also served on the Greater Tampa Association of Realtors Professional Standards and Ethics committee (for over 20 years) which hears ethics complaints and arbitrates commission disputes between Realtors. Some of my community involvement includes a position serving as a director of the Brazil-Florida Chamber of Commerce. This organization promotes and fosters international business relations between the two countries.
