Dwayne made the process of selling my mother’s house one that was easy and flawless. I had a moment of hesitation just because of the entire situation but Dwayne reassured me that this was a good decision. We ended up with a contract on the house within 2 weeks! He kept me updated and in the loop of where we were in the process every step of the way. He was very knowledgeable and personable and made me feel like it wasn’t just a business relationship. I would definitely recommend him to all of my family and friends.

I told Dwayne what I wanted and he continued sending houses until we found exactly what I was looking for!! He made this otherwise tedious and overwhelming process seem effortless. When I was ready to give up (because of the seller) Dwayne continued to fight for me. He explained the process to me every step of the way, attended every appointment and followed up with me afterwards. In the end he was able to get what I wanted at a price I could afford.
