He did so well in helping us purchase our new home that we hired him to assist us with selling our old home. Dwayne came to our home and toured it coming up with a good sale price. He helped with some minor repairs and was very helpful and knowledgeable about the sales process. We had a great offer within the first hour that is was listed as “coming soon”. There was a snafu with our bank that he helped us sort out and to kept us calm. We closed on time and would recommend him to anyone who needs a realtor. He was with us every step of the way.
