Dwayne RICHARDSON was recommended by Xome and was the first realtor we interviewed and turned out to be the only realtor we needed to interview. We had never sold a house before and Dwayne was our guide and teacher through the process. He was always available and was calm and handled everything. We were making a long distance move and Dwayne put us in touch with a wonderful realtor in Texas who found us a rental until we find the right house to buy. Dwayne held open houses, coordinated with other realtors for showings, he was with us for the inspection, found us a great roofer, negotiated the repairs with termite inspector. Dwayne did much more than we expected or knew a realtor would do for us. But, most importantly Dwayne sold our house in 26 days and guided us through the merky waters of offers and counter offers and contingencies.
