Dwayne was amazing! We were referred by friends and could not have been happier with the experience. The very first listing he sent us is the house we ended up getting. Although he was happy to oblige me when I said I couldn’t buy the first house I looked at and showed us others. Dwayne worked hard to get it from the top of our price range down to something more comfortable. He was lock step with us every step of the way and patiently explained how the process goes when we were overwhelmed with the experience. He definitely took care of us, and made sure the house we bought is up to standards, advised us on all the inspections, the ones he recommends and the ones that are superfluous. He took care of us like we are family and there is no higher praise I can give than that. We don’t plan on moving any time soon but I would use him again in a heartbeat. Dwayne is not only a realtor....he was our tour guide, coordinator, researcher, scheduler, and has even been our proxy until we moved in from out of state. We were looking to purchase a weekend mountain home and reached out to Dwayne on a Tuesday evening for his help on a place that caught our interest. Within the hour, he had set up a showing for 10:30 the next morning and also set up a showing at comparable place. We drove up the next morning and viewed both places. We ultimately decided on the one in Historic Downtown Blowing Rock, made an offer and was accepted by 1:00 PM. Later that day, he set us up with a lender to pre-qualify and had it secured that evening. He walked us through every step of the purchasing process answering all our questions and took care of everything. We had a couple of questions after closing and he promptly answered those as well.
