Dwayne was amazing! We were referred by friends and could not have been happier with the experience. We were looking to purchase a weekend mountain home and reached out to Dwayne on a Tuesday evening for his help on a place that caught our interest. Within the hour, he had set up a showing for 10:30 the next morning and also set up a showing at comparable place. We drove up the next morning and viewed both places. We ultimately decided on the one in Historic Downtown Blowing Rock, made an offer and was accepted by 1:00 PM. Later that day, he set us up with a lender to pre-qualify and had it secured that evening.
