This home was in my childhood neighborhood in Manassas. Being a part of these transactions is special. Selling the homes of my classmates is more than just a real estate deal. I helped both family members make the decisions which had to be made in order to prepare the home for an MLS listing. After the passing of their parents and rehabilitating the house, I asked them to trust me and list the house a little lower than they expected. This strategy brought many interested buyers with an offer well over the list price, with many contingencies removed from the contract.
