Great Guy. Responsive and Knowledgeable.

My husband and I met Dutch last year at a dinner party. We mentioned we wanted to put our house on the market once we finished making some upgrades to our homme. He scheduled a time to meet with us the next and made some great suggestions that would help the house sell. Dutch checked-in with us through out the year to see how we were doing and providing comps and advice. One day he called and told us he thought it was time and we listed. He arranged Open Houses and we had several showings and an offer within three days. I would highly recommend Dutch, as he is very personable, proactive and knowledgeable in the business.
